Recommended to use Desktop Excel 365 for full feature functionality.
The template requires a minimum of Excel Version 2013, Power Query required.
However, with version 2013 and 2016, the stability of the application will not be as good as the newer versions.
The template contains VBA. You must enable macros before using it. The VBA code is locked and cannot be edited.

🤔 What is a Balanced Scorecard?
Balanced Scorecard is a strategic management tool that provides a comprehensive view of an organization’s performance across multiple dimensions—not just sales. The Balanced Scorecard is divided into four key perspectives:
🤩 Customer – This is one of the most familiar dimensions. It focuses on how well the organization satisfies its customers. For example, is the service quality meeting expectations?
💰 Financial – A core focus for nearly every business. This perspective looks at profitability and cost control—whether the organization is generating healthy returns and managing expenses effectively.
🔁 Internal Processes – This area assesses the efficiency of internal operations. Are workflows streamlined? Are errors being minimized?
🎓 Learning & Growth – This perspective evaluates how well the organization is developing its people and technology. It includes employee satisfaction, training, skill development, and the adoption of new tools that enhance productivity.

🤔 What is a KPI?
KPI is a measurable value used to track progress toward a specific goal.
📌 To be effective, a KPI must have to a clear target and tied to a time-bound. For example: “January revenue must reach at least 5,000,000 THB.”

🤔 What is this template for?
This template helps you track various KPIs to see whether your goals are being achieved. It also provides a clear overview of your Balanced Scorecard, making it easier to monitor performance across key dimensions.
